When clients arrive, tap “Charge balance in Square” and it hands off to Square Point of Sale pre-filled with what they owe. Tap to pay or insert — card-present rates, and if you have tipping turned on in Square, it’s prompted on the full tattoo price instead of the deposit.
Auto-cancel no-deposits
Flash bookings auto-cancel if the deposit isn’t paid within 15 minutes. Square can’t do that — you’d have to chase them down or manually cancel.
