Everything you need to know to get InkFronts running for your studio.

Onboarding checklist

    Configure Square

    Before connecting, adjust a few Square settings for the best experience. See the Square Setup guide.

    Connect your Square account

    Go to Dashboard → Settings and click Connect Square. You'll be redirected to Square to authorize InkFronts, then brought back automatically.

  3. 3

    Upload your flash

    Go to Dashboard → Flash and upload your flash pieces. Add a title, price, size, and estimated duration for each. Flash is not synced from Square — you manage it directly in InkFronts.

    Create or join a shop

    Go to Dashboard → Shopfronts to create your public storefront. Give it a name and a URL slug (e.g. inkfronts.com/shop/your-studio). If you're joining an existing shop, use the invite link your shop owner sent you.

    Share your shop link

    Your storefront is live at inkfronts.com/shop/[slug]. Add it to your Instagram bio, Linktree, or anywhere else clients find you.
